Karen Carlson has over 18 years experience in the field of property management having worked with Property Management Experts since 1990. She was PME’s leading Account Executive for seven years and was promoted to the position Vice President and General Manager in January of 1998 and in 2004 was promoted to President. Karen oversees the activity of all Account Executives and is directly involved with staff training. In addition, she supervises the activity of PME’s branch offices.
Karen is Past-President of the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Karen served as a National Board of Director and was the Treasurer for NARPM. She was also the Convention Chair for the 2005 Annual Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah for NARPM. She was past National Marketing Committee Chair for two years and for two years the Past Program chair for the Annual Convention.
She served as a member of Lambda Theta Phi for five years, a community service group dedicated to raising funds for local charities in the San Joaquin Valley. Karen served two years on the Hospice of San Joaquin Board of Directors. And most recently she joined Junior Aid of Stockton, a local women’s group raising funds for local charities.

Trudy Miller, Account Executive for Central Stockton has been with Property Management Experts since
October of 1991, received her Real Estate License in 1999. Trudy has
worked her way through many departments, which has given her the
greatest honor to be one of PME’s top producing A.E.’s. Trudy’s new
challenge has taken her to another level in her career as President of
the local NARPM chapter of San Joaquin County. As part of Property
Management Experts experienced staff, she will continue raising the
level of learning to provide great service as a property manager.

Mark Correa, Account Executive manages single family homes and
specializes in managing apartment complexes & commercial properties in
the Stockton area. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and
Salesperson with over 20 years experience in property management. In
addition, Mark has knowledge of Tax Credit properties, Fair Housing and
Rental Laws. Previous to joining our team, Mark owned a Property
Management Company for over 20 years in Contra Costa County. Long time
resident of Lodi, Mark enjoys serving as the Secretary for the volunteer
organization Booster Club of Boys & Girls Sports. He is committed to
helping you meet your investment goals efficiently and effectively.

Lucretia Owens, Account Executive for the North Stockton area has been
with Property Management Expert since January of 2002. Lucretia joins
PME with more that 25 years of customer service experience. She has
worked with our Maintenance Department for several years before
receiving her California Real Estate License in April of 2004. She now
manages over 200 residential properties. With the experience of the
Maintenance Department and as a top Account Executive, she is committed
to helping you realize your investment goals. Lucretia is also the
Treasurer for NARPM, Local Chapter for the San Joaquin County.

Michelle Gabaree, has recently joined PME and brings to the company outstanding skills in customer service, management and specializes in outreach marketing and advertising. Michelle is managing our Elk Grove Office which covers the areas in Elk Grove, Sacramento, Galt and Lodi. She has over 6 years of Property management experience and has managed a multi family community up to 320 doors, maintaining 90% occupancy. Michelle is committed to ensure that she will remain productive and provide the Highest Standards of Excellence. Diana Koron has been marketing and planning events for over twenty years. She has been involved with several organizations whether it’s being a board member, sitting on a committee, volunteering her time, obtaining donations or fundraising for organizations.
She has been involved with the Tracy Performing Arts Foundation, Women’s Center, Elite Wedding Group, Tracy Unified School District (Home Field Advantage, Safe and Sober Grad Night, Parent Clubs), Brighter Christmas, Lucky Paws Foundation, Rotary (Kids Who Read Succeed Program), Relay for Life, Missing Children’s Awareness Day Event and the Festival of Trees. She is currently is on the Ride for the Red Committee for the American Red Cross and the San Joaquin County Fire Fighter’s Association. Diana Koron worked for the Tracy Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Chamber Events. While at the Chamber, she raised over $250,000 in sponsorships and planned several events. In her most recent position, Downtown Director for the Downtown Tracy Business Improvement Area, she was responsible for marketing the downtown district and planning elite events.
She has planned several well known events including the California Dry Bean Festival, July 4th Day in the Park, Winter Gala, Microbrew Stroll, Harvest Wine Stroll, Spring Wine Stroll, First Fridays, Farmer’s Market, Halloween Parade, Holiday Open House and Santa’s Hut to name a few. She has sold sponsorships and provided fundraising for several non-profit organizations, the Tracy Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Tracy Business Improvement Area.
