TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION, WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED TO OUR OFFICE:

  1. A Thirty Dollar ($30.00) non-refundable processing fee for an individual and a Thirty Dollar ($30.00) processing fee for each additional adult tenant. Each co-signor must complete an application and pay a Thirty Dollar ($30.00) processing fee. Cashier's checks or money orders only, no cash or checks can be accepted. Applications are date stamped on receipt in our office. If your application becomes a Backup your fees will be refunded if we do not process your application.
  2. Copy of Drivers License or current photo identification card
  3. Copy of Social Security card
  4. Current copy of payback stubs
  5. Copy of last year's W-2
  6. If self employed, copy of last years Income tax returns (first two pages)
  7. Verification of other income:
    • A.F.D.C. verification
    • SSI or SSA verification
    • Child Support court documents
    • Proof of section 8 or subsidized housing

Failure to produce documentation can cause your application to be rejected. If we determine further documentation is needed, we will contact you.

I/We authorize Property Management Experts to obtain information to verify the statements made in this application and in addition, acquire a credit history and public records of any unlawful activities. I/we further agree that the application shall remain Property Management Experts' and may also be share with the property owner. I/We hereby certify that all statements in this application are true and complete and are made for the purpose of renting property.
